新約聖書　EPHESIANS　６（エペソ人への手紙　６）

Children, 　obey 　your　 parents 　in 　the 　Lord,　 for　 this　 is　 right.
子たるものよ。主にあって両親に従いなさい。これは正しいことである。

２“Honor　your　father　and　mother，”　which　is　the　first　commandment　with　promise：
「あなたは父と母とを敬え」。これが第１の戒めであって、次の約束がそれについている。

３“That it may be well with you and you may live　long　on　the　earth．”
「そうすれば、あなたは幸福になり、地上でながく生きながらえるであろう」。
