Cagliari, Sardinia Island, Italy

There is the Sardinia Island just in South of Corsica Island.
Many sailors visit here in summer.
In the Mediterranean Sea, I saw many boats sailing without Jib, towing a tender.
I think this is the Mediterranean sailing style.

Around here, I mostly caught bonito or tuna.
This is a bonito that I cought by a "KenKen".
(KenKen is a Japanese traditional fishing tackle. It's prety similer to trawl.)

I'm proud of my cutting technics.
Even though bonito is bonito wherever I caught.
I faced difficulity to cut it by two here.

Bonito sashimi is also good with wine instead of sake, however the surface of sashimi was rough and tasted awful.
I felt like a waste of it.
I should have took a good sushi chef from Japan.
