Valleta, Malta

You can often see the Gaf-Rig Schooner in the Mediterranean Sea

Malta is a small island located in south of the Sicilian Island.
Its circumference is about only 60 miles.
To my shame, I did'nt know it is a indipendent coutry.
So, I had to buy their national flag in Italy.
(You are supposed to raise their national flag, when sailing in.)

Port of Valleta is always peaceful

People love this place as a winter resort for a long time, and the last president of Soviet Union Gorvachove has met the U.S.president Geroge Bush here before for a summit conference.

The people in this island run tourism as a main industry.
It's a very beautiful island in a mid climate, but not so expensive.
The streets and the building made me suppose how the Roman Empire was.
Malta was a comfortable and relaxing place for me.
